SAP ERP Test Lead

Lead quality assurance efforts for large-scale SAP ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test frameworks for large-scale programs.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
• Report test status at detailed and management levels, including defect tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, Security, and Production Support teams.
• Maintain all documentation and scripts in alignment with application changes.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience delivering QA testing for large-scale ERP or SAP implementations.
• 5-7 years of hands-on QA experience working within technical teams.
• Expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Experience with DB testing and SOAP/REST testing.
• Proficiency in Specification-based Black Box and Structured-based White Box testing techniques.
• Strong Business Analysis skills and professional services industry experience.
• Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and test management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Agile test methodologies.
• Knowledge of Public cloud applications testing and SQL/DB.
• Experience verifying highly available systems for scaling, security, and compliance.
