Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP EWM solutions across global project templates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end business process flows and conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to map user requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, and testing (Unit and SIT).
• Lead onsite and offshore teams while managing project scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Plan and execute cutover activities, data migrations, and post go-live support.
• Provide user training and ad-hoc support to ensure effective system operation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Yard Management, Labor Management, Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Decentralized SAP EWM 9.5 implementations.
• Proven expertise with SAP ECC and EWM CIF integration.
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with Transportation Management (TM) and non-SAP systems.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and sprint planning.
• Strong capability in business analysis and cross-functional facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage project workstreams including cost, procurement, and reporting.
