Description

Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA requirements for warehouse and logistics environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design S/4 requirements through fit/gap workshops and implement them via customising during build phases.
• Create SAP Focused Build artefacts including Functional Specifications, Collaboration Diagrams, and Configuration Design Specifications.
• Coordinate technical requirements between Swiss work organisations and offshore development partners.
• Develop test cases and manage all test stages, including system tests, on-site commissioning, and Hypercare.
• Communicate technical progress and requirements to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Test Managers.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation of EWM embedded, including warehouse system connections.
• Deep expertise in SAP logistics modules, specifically SAP EWM and SAP MFS.
• Practical experience connecting warehouse technology via MFS and MFR, including labelling and mobile dialogues.
• Proven ability to define storage and retrieval strategies and manage required network knowledge.
• Strong customising skills in MFS and integration with adjacent modules like QM and FI/CO.
• Technical proficiency in ABAP-RAP, CDS views, clean code, ABAP push channel, and queue processing.
• Experience implementing reorder point processing, resource control, and error handling for warehouse systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English (B1 level).

Preferred Skills

• Integrative knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, ePPDs, and SAP DM.
• Fluency in French or Italian.
