Description

You will act as a logistics techno-functional consultant focused on SAP ECC 6 LE and MM modules.

Responsibilities

• Write functional and technical design specifications for developers to implement enhancements, BADI, and Smart Forms.
• Collaborate with developers on RF Transaction developments for picking and packing processes.
• Work with Basis and Security teams to configure security roles and PI/PO interfaces for MES and SAP IDOCs.
• Coordinate with EDI teams to manage integration for delivery, shipment, and sales orders.
• Implement automated solutions for warehouse and shipping processes, including domestic and export workflows.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP ECC 6 LE (WM, EWM, and Transportation) and MM (Inventory Management).
• Proven experience integrating MM/LE with QM, SD, PP, and FI.
• Ability to write technical specifications and perform debugging.
• Experience with interface management involving MES, UPS/FedEx, API calls, and SAP IDOCs.
• Knowledge of delivery and shipment processing, carrier/route assignments, and freight calculations.
• Experience designing enhancements for picking slips, packing slips, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
• Hands-on experience with SD/LE, PP, MM, and IM integration points.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Handling Unit support for picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Knowledge of Transportation planning, scheduling, pricing, and freight settlements.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance.
