Description

Lead SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations, translating complex warehouse requirements into scalable, standard-led processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business leads and IT teams to define requirements and prioritize "Standard First" functionality.
• Configure the SAP EWM environment to reflect end-to-end flows from goods receipt to outbound delivery.
• Conduct scoping sessions to enforce "Clean Core" principles and steer customers away from legacy customizations.
• Design and execute high-impact "Model Company" show-and-tell sessions using story-based scenarios.
• Utilize SAP Signavio for process mapping and LeanIX to align the EWM landscape with enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Strong understanding of EWM integration with Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Business Suite.
• Proficiency with SAP Signavio and LeanIX.
• Experience working within a "Model Company" or "Value Prototyping" framework.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in or experience with SAP Business AI for optimizing warehouse tasks, slotting, or labor management.
• Familiarity with emerging warehouse technologies and digital transformation strategies.
