Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, warehouse teams, and end users to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with operational objectives.
Configure and support SAP EWM processes, ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver project objectives.
Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance warehouse performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities.
Participate in global implementation initiatives and collaborate with international teams as required.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM).
Proven experience in SAP EWM configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Experience conducting business workshops and gathering requirements directly from stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage functional deliverables with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including business, operations, and technical groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Distribution, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience supporting global SAP deployments and large-scale warehouse transformation programs.
Familiarity with compliance-driven warehouse environments.
Previous experience contributing to Centers of Excellence (CoE) or enterprise SAP initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for project and deployment activities
