Description

You will lead the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP EWM queue errors, analyzing root causes and coordinating solutions with development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of EWM queue errors across shipping, serialization, and labeling.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and coordinate solutions with development teams.
• Provide onsite support for urgent issues covering through mid-day Central Time (CST).
• Gather and analyze business requirements to draft functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to convert business needs into technical designs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SAP EWM with 10+ years of experience covering implementation and production support.
• Hands-on experience with EWM queues.
• Experience with serialization and labeling processes within EWM.
• Ability to create functional documentation.
