Description

Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support engagements for complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage complex incident resolutions to ensure timely service delivery.
• Guide technical teams during support project work and coordinate resolution workflows.
• Manage integration points between EWM and MM, PP, and FICO modules.
• Perform queue error analysis and implement technical resolutions.
• Report project metrics and progress to top management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and WM.
• Proven experience in SAP EWM implementations and configurations.
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP integration architectures.
• Experience with SAP PP and SAP FICO integration points.
• Technical leadership experience in support project environments.
• Ability to manage teams and lead incident resolution workflows.
• Strong communication skills for management reporting.
