Description

You will provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM processes across global regions including NA, LTAM, EMEA, and APAC.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve EWM defects, service requests, and problem management issues.
• Design end-to-end architectures for EWM processes without supervision.
• Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams to resolve daily incidents.
• Monitor and clear queues proactively prior to incident escalation.
• Collaborate with process owners and business partners to address operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in SAP EWM.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations or production support lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in EWM Inbound, Outbound, and Internal processes.
• Hands-on experience with EWM TM and Production integration scenarios.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing communications and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience supporting global regions (NA, LTAM, EMEA, APAC).
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter without hand-holding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in E2E architecting within SAP EWM environments.
