Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for SAP EWM implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Review existing designs and provide a POV on identified functional gaps.
• Gather, manage, and assess business and application requirements for EWM.
• Advise on solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Troubleshoot complex tickets and perform hands-on root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Manage client relationships remotely or on-site and support go-live documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM.
• Proven ability to provide POV on system design and gaps.
• Experience in solution configuration and testing.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex faults.
• Ability to implement preventive measures to reduce future defects.
• Experience providing technical assistance to team members.
• Background in gathering and managing client requirements.
