You will lead the implementation of logistics solutions using a fit-to-standard approach for high-volume DC processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead business teams through requirement interpretation and the delivery of logistics solutions.
• Design decentralized EWM processes focusing on fit-to-standard with minimal customization.
• Manage end-to-end Tier 1 DC workflows including inbound, inventory optimization, and outbound parcel/pallet shipping.
• Oversee complex operational areas such as wave and queue utilization, activity areas, and labor optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration between EWM and external OTC platforms and broader ecosystems.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP EWM in decentralized environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of large-scale, high-volume parcel and pallet packing processes.
• Expertise in inbound logistics from internal affiliates and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in internal inventory management and physical inventory counting processes.
• Hands-on experience with outbound pick, pack, and ship workflows at both parcel and pallet levels.
• Ability to manage wave utilization, queue utilization, and activity area configuration.
• Experience implementing labor optimization and reporting within a warehouse context.
• 3 years of relevant experience in SAP logistics consulting.
