Description

Lead SAP EWM implementations and support complex warehouse business processes. Own the design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise structures and logistics flows.

Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise structures including plants, purchase organizations, storage locations, and bins.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound business processes, including picking and putaway strategies.
• Manage inventory processes such as transfer postings, goods issues, and stock creations.
• Troubleshoot RF handheld scanner devices, label printing issues, and IDOC/QRFC interface errors.
• Write functional design specifications for custom transactions and manage master data maintenance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse management business processes.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP EWM integration with PP, MM, and SD.
• Deep knowledge of Inventory Management (IM) and Advanced Planning.
• Experience with XPS (Parcel shipping) and Advanced Transport Management Module.
• Proficiency in Process Oriented Storage Control and Layout Oriented Storage Control.
• Experience with Wave management, RFUI, and Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR).
• Experience with Pick HU and automatic Handling Unit number generation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Segmentation and Shelf-life expiration date (SLED).
• Knowledge of CIF functionality, data migration, Yard Management, and Advanced Production Integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the life sciences industry.
• Exposure to Advanced Track and Trace Pharmaceuticals.
