Description

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and delivery for S/4HANA Finance, including GL, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and Group Reporting.
• Design Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area structures, and Profit Center hierarchies.
• Own Revenue, Cost, and Capex planning processes integrated with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Bridge SAP FICO with SAP MM and PP for discrete manufacturing cost controlling.
• Champion AI-powered finance capabilities and RPA adoption in finance processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and Predictive Accounting.
• Deep knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM and PP integration flows.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Python skills for data science collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Joule and Intelligent RPA in finance.
• Knowledge of ETO and MTS manufacturing scenarios.
