Description

You will lead the Acquire to Retire (ATR) workstream for SAP FI implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, training, and implementation activities across Mills, Plants, and Business Unit facilities.
• Partner with the change management team to manage deployment and training for global Supply Chain organizations.
• Develop and track critical metrics to monitor project success and transition effectiveness.
• Support the execution of integrated SAP systems and business processes across Supply Chain networks.
• Manage on-site deployment activities and provide hypercare support for local operations.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge.
• Experience with a full life cycle SAP S/4 or MES implementation.
• Proven expertise in project management and change management.
• Hands-on experience with on-site SAP deployment and resource utilization.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain functional workstreams and client processes.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
