Description

You will own the configuration, functional design, and implementation of SAP FICA for utility solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive business requirement sessions with customers and process owners.
• Develop SAP FICA configurations and define test scenarios.
• Perform testing and manage defect resolution throughout the lifecycle.
• Support system integration between FICA, Billing, and Device Management.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in SAP.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ISU.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICA configuration and functional design.
• Understanding of Netmetering concepts within utilities.
• Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting utility systems.
• Familiarity with ISU processes.
• Ability to communicate technical details to end-users and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
