Description

Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP FICO solutions, owning the full lifecycle from as-is analysis to to-be process design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design to-be business processes by analyzing existing as-is workflows.
• Configure standard and custom SAP modules, including AP and AR functionalities.
• Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Manage the conversion of fixed assets and projects from legacy systems to SAP.
• Direct the integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules and custom components.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Mandatory experience completing at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA upgrade or migration project.
• Proven track record of implementing SAP S/4 FICO in 1-2 full project lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in both basic and advanced Finance aspects within the FICO module.
• Experience configuring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functionalities.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Knowledge of business scenarios involving BW integrations and management reporting.
