Description

Lead the design and delivery of complex SAP FICO solutions within a Brownfield implementation environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to transform business processes and build multi-year architecture roadmaps.
• Design, build, and implement complex solutions by performing detailed analysis of business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to identify, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of solutions that integrate seamlessly with satellite systems.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations in ECC.
• Mandatory experience with S/4HANA Finance Brownfield implementations and Public Cloud.
• Expertise in FICO sub-modules: AP, AR, GL, AA, Treasury, and Group Reporting.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, blueprinting, and design sessions.
• Deep knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, SAP SD, and PS modules.
• Hands-on experience with MT940 based statements, reconciliation, and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with RICEFW developments, User exits, BAPI, LSMW, BDC, and LTMC.
• Experience managing multi-unit scenarios involving 100+ company codes and plants.
• Strong background in pre-sales processes, including RFP/RFQ/RFI response and solution proposals.
• Expertise in cutover strategies and integration with Ariba, BOTS, Fiori, and P2P apps.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RE-FX module.
• Debugging skill set.
