Description

Lead the design and delivery of complex SAP FICO solutions in large-scale MNC environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions integrating with satellite systems and existing architecture.
• Build multi-year roadmaps and design-to-delivery plans, including cost estimates.
• Partner with stakeholders to transform business processes and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
• Lead blueprinting, design, and development sessions for new project initiatives.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of SAP FICO experience, including 4 full lifecycle implementations in ECC.
• Mandatory expertise in S/4HANA Finance with Brownfield and Public Cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of AP, AR, GL, AA, Treasury, Group Reporting, and Banking Reconciliation.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing standard and customized SAP solutions.
• Expertise in configuring MT940 based statements and reconciliation.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, and PS modules.
• Experience with RICEFW developments, User exits, BAPI, LSMW, BDC, and LTMC.
• Proficiency in pre-sales processes, including proposal writing (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and oral presentations.
• In-depth understanding of IFRS setup, India TAX, and international tax procedure configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RE-FX module.
• Experience with FI integration involving Ariba, BOTS, Fiori, and P2P apps.
• Experience with BW and BPC integrations.
