Job Summary

iitjobs is seeking 2 Senior SAP FICO Consultants with strong Controlling (CO) expertise and hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. The ideal candidates will be capable of leading assessment activities, developing project plans, driving business process workshops, and overseeing the implementation and configuration of SAP CO solutions and lead the project to successful delivery.

Client is seeking someone who has :-

• Configured SAP Group Reporting end-to-end,
• Led Group Reporting implementation workshops,
• Designed consolidation rules,
• Managed ownership structures, eliminations, consolidation units, and financial statement consolidation,

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementation activities with a primary focus on CO (Controlling). 
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analysis. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes. 
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, and detailed project plans. 
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions including: 
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA) 
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA) 
  • Internal Orders 
  • Product Costing 
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) 

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with deep expertise in SAP CO. 
• Multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. 
• Strong experience performing assessments, solution design, and project planning. 
• Ability to lead implementation teams and drive project execution. 
• Experience with configuration, business process mapping, and stakeholder management. 
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
