Description

You will lead the implementation and support of SAP Financial (FI) and Management (CO) Accounting modules for industry-leading clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules to meet complex business process requirements.
• Lead business process workshops, write functional specifications, and document test cases and results.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Manage emergency transports and resolve high-priority issues, gaps, or system errors.
• Provide user training, ad-hoc support, and propose system enhancements to improve business processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and support projects.
• Deep configuration expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Banking.
• Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA from a FICO perspective.
• Proven ability to manage FI integration points with MM, SD, PP, and PM modules.
• Proficiency using FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously in a client-facing role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both domestic and international clients.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in Financial or Management Accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM, SAC, Group Reporting, or third-party tool interfaces.
• Experience in Professional Services, Distribution, or Product Development environments.
