Description

Manage end-to-end SAP Finance business processes, technical configurations, and service delivery. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex functional and technical issues through deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Configure SAP customizations, implement bug fixes, and manage non-routine changes including testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with users to collect business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents for enhancements.
• Manage system integrations and interface troubleshooting using iDocs and XML messages.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure timely execution of established KPIs.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP Finance IT support and service delivery.
• Deep expertise in SAP modules including AP, AR, GL, AA, and CO.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, document postings, payments, month-end closing, and tax processes.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori.
• Proven ability to manage system integrations, interfaces, and transport management.
• Experience with integration points between SAP Finance and MM or SD modules.
• Proficiency using Service Desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Ability to perform extensive testing, including ITC and NRT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BI data reporting.
• Background working within international companies.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
