Description

Manage and configure SAP Accounts Payable and related financial integration processes for a Bengaluru-based role.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Accounts Payable items, including vendor account groups and payment method setups.
• Execute the Automatic Payment Process (F110) and manage payment types such as ISO 20022, Wire, SEPA, ACH, and NEFT.
• Manage tax setup and oversee transmission methods including IDocs, XML, and flat files for bank communications and acknowledgements.
• Handle integration between SAP and external systems including SRM, Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.
• Maintain integration with Purchase Orders, ensuring correct 2-way and 3-way match processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Deep expertise in SAP Accounts Payable configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Automatic Payment Process (F110).
• Knowledge of payment formats: ISO 20022, Wire, SEPA, ACH, and NEFT.
• Proficiency with transmission methods: IDocs, XML, and flat files.
• Experience with Withholding tax and payment terms configuration.
• Experience with Purchase Order integration (2-way and 3-way matching).
• Integration experience with SRM, Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years tenure in similar SAP FICO roles.
