Description

You will manage SAP FICO processes with a heavy focus on Accounts Payable and financial integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Accounts Payable items, including vendor account groups and payment methods.
• Manage the Automatic Payment Process (F110) and various payment types such as ISO 20022, Wire, SEPA, ACH, and NEFT.
• Execute tax setup and manage transmission methods including IDocs, XML, and flat files for bank communications.
• Write functional specifications for third-party interfaces and system integrations.
• Oversee integration between SAP and external platforms like SRM, Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SAP FICO and SAP Accounts Payable configuration.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation and S/4 transactions.
• Deep understanding of the Accounts Payable (AP) process and withholding tax.
• Experience with Purchase Order integration, specifically 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Knowledge of bank communication workflows and acknowledgments.
• Proven ability to document technical requirements through functional specifications.
• Experience managing third-party interfaces.
