Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong specialization in Product Costing.
• Hands-on experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in multi-plant costing and intercompany valuation scenarios.
• Solid understanding of Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and its impact on BOMs, routings, and costing.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Standard and Actual Costing
• Material Ledger
• Cost Component Split and Variance Analysis
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP CO, PP, MM, and AVC modules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions for engineered, configurable, or premium consumer products industries.
• Background in variant-driven manufacturing and pricing processes.
• Experience working in large global SI delivery environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience in onsite/offshore models
