Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare for SAP payment and bank-integration requirements.
✅ Configure SAP payment methods, payment method supplements, company-code settings, house banks, bank accounts, bank determination, payment programs, and approval/release processes.
✅ Design, configure, and maintain payment-medium outputs using SAP PMW and DMEE/DMEEX.
✅ Build and validate Wells Fargo Payment Manager outbound payment files for approved payment services, company codes, currencies, and payment methods.
✅ Perform source-to-target mapping of SAP payment, supplier, bank, remittance, invoice, and payment-reference data into required Wells Fargo formats.
✅ Configure and support Positive Pay / ARP check-issue files, including check issue, cancellation, and void scenarios.
✅ Configure BAI2 Electronic Bank Statements, including transaction mapping, posting rules, account symbols, search strings, interpretation algorithms, clearing logic, and exception handling.
✅ Map Wells Fargo BAI transaction codes to SAP posting and clearing processes for payments, receipts, bank fees, interest, returns, and exceptions.
✅ Collaborate with Treasury, AP, AR, Accounting, Wells Fargo, Middleware/MFT, and SAP technical teams to resolve integration, transmission, master-data, and reconciliation issues.
✅ Prepare functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, validations, payment formats, and bank-statement processing.
✅ Develop unit-test scripts, lead SIT, support UAT, manage defects, validate reconciliation results, and obtain business/bank-file sign-off.
✅ Support cutover planning, production deployment, first-live-file validation, reconciliation, and post-go-live hypercare.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✔️ 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance experience
✔️ 5+ years configuring SAP payment processes
✔️ 4–5 years of SAP PMW & DMEE/DMEEX experience
