Description

You will manage the implementation and support of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules to align financial systems with business and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on documented business requirements.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning through post-implementation support.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other modules to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
• Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution reliability.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for FICO modules to resolve user issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO configuration for complex business processes and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system incidents and problems.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
