Description

You will provide end-to-end support for SAP FICO, covering configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle SAP FICO support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline financial processes.
• Implement best practices for accounting and controlling.
• Engage with local teams at the Monterrey plant during monthly onsite visits.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel to Mexico monthly without visa restrictions.
• Knowledge of LATAM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tax compliance and localization for LATAM.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP FICO with MM or SD modules.
