Description

Act as the Finance IT Business Partner, aligning ERP technology projects with business goals and maximizing ROI. You will prioritize Finance and ERP technology projects to support business and service line strategies.

Responsibilities

• Link IT strategy with overall business objectives and local/global financial processes.
• Facilitate innovation in business process and technical solution delivery.
• Influence internal and external contacts across Finance, technology, and vendor management groups.
• Navigate a large IT department to manage competing priorities and deliver technical solutions.
• Lead matrix teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience developing and supporting Finance applications.
• Expertise in SAP, FICO, SAC, and Hyperion.
• 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry.
• Experience working within a manufacturing organization finance department.
• Deep understanding of local manufacturing site and global corporate financial processes.
• Ability to manage and influence various levels of management during periods of change.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• CPA certification.
• Deep understanding of Project Management principles.
