Align Finance IT strategy with business goals, prioritizing ERP projects to maximize ROI and support service line objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Link IT strategy with local and global financial processes, facilitating innovation in solution delivery.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders across Finance, technology, and vendor management groups.
• Lead matrix teams and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Navigate large IT departments to manage competing priorities and deliver effective technical outcomes.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience developing and supporting Finance applications.
• Expertise in SAP, FICO, SAC, and Hyperion.
• 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry.
• Experience working within a manufacturing organization finance department.
• Deep understanding of local manufacturing site and global corporate financial processes.
• Ability to manage and influence various levels of management during periods of change.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• CPA certification.
• Deep understanding of Project Management principles.
