Description

You will own day-to-day AMS support for SAP FICO sub-modules and lead a team of consultants.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage support across FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, BL, SL) and CO (CEA, CCA, IO, PCA, PC, PA) sub-modules.
• Drive automation initiatives for reconciliation, reporting, and month-end closing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants, handling workload distribution and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline FI/CO workflows and implement process best practices.
• Ensure financial processes meet organizational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and its FI/CO sub-modules.
• Proven expertise automating SAP financial processes using scripts or frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience operating within AMS delivery models (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical/functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
