Description

You will lead SAP FICO work within the Small Enhancement team, coordinating analysts and support teams to deliver system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the work of business systems analysts and support teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and project EBS Capability Leads to bridge requirements and solutions.
• Design and develop complex requirements for process or system solutions by gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements in coordination with technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements through expert product knowledge and analytical assessment.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience with SAP FICO configuration and testing.
• 12 years of experience within global ERP systems, global Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems environments.
• Direct experience working within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to document and implement software solutions based on business needs.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting objectives within set timelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, ERP Systems, Accounting, and Global Finance.
