Description

You will provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules, maintaining system performance and user satisfaction.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system errors using FICO subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with business users to document requirements and propose system enhancements.
• Manage and implement change requests, including configuration adjustments, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor and support file and IDOC-based interfaces across FI, CO, MM, and SD.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring financial posting accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO support within SAP ECC 6.0.
• Strong configuration experience in FI GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Project Systems).
• Proficiency in incident management, change management, and ServiceNow processes.
• Experience troubleshooting file-based and IDoc-based interfaces with other SAP modules (MM, SD, Project Systems).
• Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and business reporting.
• Ability to support data extraction requests using DART, SQVI, and Infoset queries.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance support or migration projects.
• Experience with automated monitoring tools, job scheduling (RMJ), and transport management.
