Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Experience with integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience in working with global teams and multi-country rollouts
