Description

Manage the implementation and support of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules to align financial systems with business and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on documented business requirements.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through post-implementation support.
• Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution reliability.
• Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO configuration for complex business processes and reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP module integration (MM, SD, PP).
• In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles and management reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
