Description

Lead functional design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions in a global S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to produce functional specifications, blueprints, and fit-gap analyses.
• Execute FICO configurations including cost component structures, valuation variants, and material ledger activation.
• Manage end-to-end deployment, master data uploads, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Coordinate integration and unit testing, specifically managing FI-MM and FI-SD interfaces.
• Lead a regional team, support users through hypercare, and train power users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of product costing, variance calculation, WIP, and settlement.
• Proficiency with Fiori apps for transactions and reports.
• Experience managing GL, Vendor, Customer, and Fixed Assets master data.
• Ability to document business process mapping and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with BW teams for financial reporting.
• Strong background in integration testing and test script preparation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cross-regional teams.
• Knowledge of end-to-end process integration with related SAP applications.
