Description

You will lead the SAP FICO Asset Accounting workstream for a fixed assets update initiative involving multiple currencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset revaluation, disposal, and new asset creation processes.
• Coordinate and support quality testing efforts with the Fixed Assets team.
• Align asset field mapping, including cost centers, asset classes, and depreciation areas, between external valuation consultants and internal business teams.
• Execute LSMW tasks for asset recreation and disposal.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with a focus on Asset Accounting.
• Hands-on expertise in asset revaluation, disposal, and asset creation.
• Proficiency with LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for data migration tasks.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Experience with fair value measurements and purchase price allocation.
• Knowledge of fixed asset inventory and appraisal services.
• Ability to coordinate testing for fixed asset modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-currency asset updates.
