Description

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, assess downstream impacts across linked modules and integrated systems, and translate findings into reliable PIM solutions — owning delivery from design through production support.
• Serve as a hands-on techno-functional, collab closely with business stakeholders, partner teams, and platform vendors for requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Develop and implement PIM configurations and customizations using Syndigo PIM 8.x — covering data modeling, governance workflows, taxonomy, match sets, scheduling objects, UI configurations, and integration profiles.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues rapidly, including root cause analysis, targeted code fixes, and preventive improvements; leverage Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM APIs for integration and automation needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by bringing innovative approaches to complex product data challenges — proposing new platform capabilities, optimizing existing configurations, and establishing best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on development and production support experience with Syndigo PIM 8.x.
• Handson experience on PLSQL, Unix.
• Proven depth across core Syndigo modules: Data Modeling, Governance, Workflows, Taxonomy, Match Sets, Scheduling Objects, UI Configurations, and Integration Profiles.
• Experience working with SaaS applications and cloud-native integrations; working knowledge of Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-system impact and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
