Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Financials, focusing on Record-to-Report (R2R) and Controlling modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and configure FI/CO modules to meet complex business process requirements.
• Conduct workshops to identify, validate, and document customer requirements and business blueprints.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, and data migration templates using LTMC or LSMW.
• Manage the finance cutover checklist and provide technical inputs for BAPIs and BDCs.
• Train business users and management teams on newly implemented processes.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of SAP FICO experience with hands-on S/4 HANA implementation.
• Expertise in Controlling, including Product Costing, COPA, and Material Ledger.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inter-company Accounting.
• Proficiency in Project System, General Ledger, and Document Splitting.
• Proven ability to integrate FI with MM, SD, HCM, Payroll, PP, and QM modules.
• Experience working with technical teams on RICEFW objects, including PI/PO interfaces, Fiori reports, and BW/BO reporting.
• Capability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Closing, Closing Cockpit, and Group Reporting.
• Knowledge of Real Estate (ReFx), Funds Management, or IFRS Ledger Accounting.
