Description

You will design, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions, focusing on S/4HANA transformations and integrations. You own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support all FICO modules (AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, PC) and integrate with SD and MM.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and migration projects in SAP ECC and S/4HANA using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, write high-level specifications, and propose technical solutions.
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems and manage testing using tools like SolMan.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining complete documentation for process flows, procedures, and functional designs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, specifically the 2023 version.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Product Costing and Supply Chain Finance (PTP, vendor invoicing).
• Proficiency in CFIN (Controlling in Finance).
• Experience with SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) and S/4 FICO.
• Practical knowledge of P2P processes and VIM.
• Ability to conduct requirements analysis and design global, regional, and local statutory solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for working on large-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Change and Project Management tools.
• Hands-on testing experience with any standard testing tool.
