Description

You will implement and maintain SAP FICO solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement GL, AP, AR, and CO solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to build solutions extending beyond standard IMG configuration.
• Review and approve QA test plans while actively supporting testing phases.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for live SAP FICO solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with SAP FICO in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading 5-7 full lifecycle SAP implementations for ECC and S/4HANA, including 4+ S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to understand configuration dependencies across various SAP functional modules.
• Experience conducting user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and process modeling.
• Skills in ensuring data and reporting standards comply with established requirements.
• Experience working with SAP Security teams to define proper system authorizations.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive process documentation.
• Familiarity with performing break/fix analysis and recommending process solutions.
