Description

Provide expert support for SAP FICO modules and lead BPC implementation for financial planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Implement and maintain BPC solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and data integration with SAP FICO.
• Analyze complex financial process issues and resolve system functionality problems.
• Configure systems, conduct testing, and document financial processes and user training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to gather stakeholder requirements and design BPC models aligned with business needs.
• Experience with data integration between SAP FICO and BPC systems to ensure accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in FICO and/or BPC.
• Experience identifying process improvements and developing best practices for financial analytics.
