Description

You will lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP FICO implementations and manage full lifecycle rollouts and support projects.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Internal Orders).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
  • Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, and HCM modules.
  • Perform system testing, support UAT, and provide production troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and ABAP developers on enhancements.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of SAP FICO experience.
  • Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
  • Proven track record with at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes including AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of controlling processes, costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM and SD modules.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for development teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP S/4HANA Finance experience or certification.
  • Knowledge of Fiori apps, SAP FSCM, Treasury, or Central Finance.
  • Experience with data migration tools such as LSMW or LTMC.
