Description

You will lead SAP FICO/FSCM functional and technical implementations and system strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA deployments and rollouts.
• Define system requirements and design practical business solutions through prototyping and testing.
• Develop Business Blueprints, BRDs, FSDs, and business process flow charts.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with developers to implement solutions.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to drive project goals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO/FSCM modules.
• Proven track record of 4-5 full lifecycle implementations, including 2 S/4HANA deployments.
• Expertise in S/4HANA, SD, BPC, and Tax Compliance.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP, including logistics flows and intercompany processes.
• Working knowledge of EDI and IDoc functionality.
• Experience with Source to Pay upstream/downstream flows, including interfaces and bank communications.
• Hands-on experience with Cash Applications, including EBS, Lockbox, and remittance advice.
• Knowledge of RAR integration with SD and Direct/Indirect tax.
