Description

You will manage and support the Leasing S4 H CLM module across three ECC instances, owning end-to-end lease system processes, resolving issues, and providing monthly close support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lease system processes and provide monthly close support.
• Partner with ITS, Lease COE, and AER to address system issues and coordinate testing.
• Collect business requirements and coordinate with technical teams to drive system changes.
• Oversee process owners for North America and Latin America to ensure projects meet business requirements.
• Provide SAP training to business users and support monthly close processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP FICO, S4 Hana, and CLM (Lease Accounting system).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven track record in financial systems and process improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel and technical problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience managing and harmonizing processes across different regions.

Preferred Skills

• M.B.A. degree.
• Experience with project management tools such as qTest or HP ALM.
