SAP FICO Consultant (with strong Controlling (CO) expertise)

Job Summary

iitjobs is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong Controlling (CO) expertise and hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading assessment activities, developing project plans, driving business process workshops, and overseeing the implementation and configuration of SAP CO solutions and leading the project to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementation activities with a primary focus on CO (Controlling).
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analysis.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, and detailed project plans.

Design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions including:
 

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Lead workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Manage integration points between FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, cutover planning, user training, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills:-

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with deep expertise in SAP CO.
• Multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong experience performing assessments, solution design, and project planning.
• Ability to lead implementation teams and drive project execution.
• Experience with configuration, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
