Description

Lead the SAP Finance track and oversee end-to-end SAP Service Management operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SAP Service Management function, including Service, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Lead the SAP Finance track through all end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Build and develop SAP support teams within an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Establish trust-based relationships across customer IT, business, and the SAP ecosystem.
• Operate within ITIL environments to manage Application Management Services (AMS) projects.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of SAP S/4 FICO experience.
• Proven experience leading an SAP Finance track.
• Expertise in Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Experience working in ITIL environments and managing AMS projects.
• Experience managing teams in an onshore-offshore model.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to build professional networks within the SAP ecosystem.
