Description

Lead solution design and deployment for large SAP transformation programs, owning the end-to-end process from diagnosis to sustained implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, definition, solution design, development, and deployment for SAP transformation programs.
• Create detailed architecture, design documents, and process artifacts to implement and sustain solutions.
• Drive business process workshops and conduct Fit/Gap analyses.
• Guide business units toward best practices using deep expertise in Finance BPML.
• Collaborate with senior client business and IT stakeholders to provide domain and technology leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant SAP experience with hands-on knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and proven experience as a Lead Functional Solution Architect in multiple global deployments.
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes, including P2P, O2C, and M2D scenarios.
• Deep knowledge of EBRR, Planning, FP&A, and taxation procedures.
• Understanding of accounting treatments, statutory compliance, and applicable Accounting Principles.
• Extensive knowledge of SOx and audit requirements.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (GxP) or for public companies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA.
