Description

You will lead SAP FICO functional configuration, full lifecycle implementations, and post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements.
• Lead 2–3 full lifecycle SAP FI implementations from requirements gathering through functional design.
• Write custom functional specifications and manage testing, transport management, and deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure system stability.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into robust SAP solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO functional configuration and custom functional specifications.
• Proven track record of 2–3 full lifecycle SAP FI implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with business requirements gathering and functional design.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 years of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) experience.
• Experience working within the High-Tech or Software industry.
