Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and support for SAP FICO modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, IO, and Product Costing.
• Gather requirements and define functional specifications by collaborating with finance and business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces.
• Execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT plans while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO as a functional consultant.
• 4+ years in a lead role with full lifecycle implementation experience (2-3 full-cycle projects).
• Strong knowledge of integration points between FICO and SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, PS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and cost controlling.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards.
• Experience working in an Agile or waterfall project environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
