Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support, owning configuration, integration, and financial compliance across U.S. operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation and support for GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, IO, and Product Costing.
• Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and define functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs.
• Coordinate with ABA P developers and Basis teams for enhancements and interfaces.
• Conduct gap analysis and drive process improvements during system upgrades and migrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
• 4+ years in a lead capacity.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience on 2-3+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, month-end closing, and cost controlling.
• Experience implementing in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Experience with ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.
